Pretty cool for 15 minutes. Even if it took a few hour I'd still be impressed. I've always liked the not finished look to be honest.

You've got a solid mix of textures here. Do you start with a sense of the compositional shape or let it form itself based on the on the material?

I especially like the 2 shapes that are reminiscent of iPods or other modern devices.

Well.. 15 minutes isn't much time to think and plan, so I just let it form itself and roll with it. Starting from the iPod shapes as you called them, which are actually frottage (rubbing) of my charcoal box ^^
