Description
It might be quite weird, but I always loved moss, it's like mini grass but much more interesting. This painting like many others, started with a color scheme in mind, I wanted something calm and green.
Once I finished with the first layer, I left it for almost 2 months, not knowing where to go from there.. not really wanting to change anything. So even now, all that was added were the small details and washes of color and the first layer still shines through.
The process of it was quite frustrating for me, but I just love this painting, hope you'll like it.
Acrylic and a bit charcoal on 24x30" / 61x76 cm stretched canvas.
