Park's Edge Paint Off

I had the pleasure to participate in an amazing painting competition and it was just so much fun that I wanted to share it with you all!

It was a very well put together event right by the Deer Lake Gallery in Burnaby, BC here in Canada with the amazing view to the actual Deer Lake. I painted along side many very talented artists and received so much positive feedback that I still feel very hyped up and want to create more!

I had no clear game plan coming into the competition, I had 2 hours to create it and only had this color scheme in mind. It ended up looking very light and uplifting which is exactly how the whole experience made me feel.

Although I did not win, I got something better, after a mini bidding war, my painting went to a very good home, and as an artist, I could not ask for more
