Made this for :iconspirals-and-swirls: Sky contest.

It's somewhat different from the usual stuff I do, but I think that's what made it so fun and relaxing.
The idea was to have the blue of the day sky morph into the the deep orange of the sunset.

I love the way the swirl is an invitation into the centre....it looks like a question mark.....as if to say "What lies beyond?"....

Thank you for the lovely comment, I was thinking more like the sky is swirling around the sun as the time of the day changes and so do the colors, but the sun remains still and permanent.. But I can clearly see what you mean =]
